-My wife and I needed to buy a bigger house as our family was expanding and we quickly outgrew our current home. My wife knew she wanted a bigger house with a pool, so to me this meant a much larger mortgage. I had used Lori in the past when we refinanced our FHA mortgage and she was very knowledgeable and quickly responded to all my questions. With my wife already looking for a new home I needed to get pre-approved. I first called Wells Fargo, at the advice of my real estate agent, and boy was that a disaster. I could never get a hold of anyone, it took them days to respond back to me, and the programs they were offering kept changing. Thankfully I also contacted Lori – she was AMAZING. She had us pre-approved in hours not days with a loan with a great rate. Next time I will go straight to Lori – thanks to her we are now the proud owners of a beautiful new home with a pool. – mickienuss

-I have to say in all honesty that my experience with Lori and Mid Valley Funding has been above average in a day and time that people seem not to value good service and don’t always follow up or follow through. My experience was excellent and I was given all the tools to not only purchase my home with Lori, but to refi it in 6 short months to a GREAT interest rate.

My credit score was an issue and she along with her team and support staff assisted me in clearing that potential roadblock up and getting into our new home very quickly. No one can repair the damage or individual situations in regards to your personal credit situation, but their advice and guidance shortened what I am sure could have been an insurmountable obstacle in record time.

Lori also gave me the input and direction how to deal with my VA loan and apply and receive savings on my property taxes. The combination of refinancing and abatement on my property taxes saved me a considerable amount of money, both in the monthly mortgage and the overall life of the loan.

I am truly not exaggerating when I say that Lori and Mid Valley deserves 5 starts across the board. If you are looking for a high quality lender/broker that can assist you and be clear on what is your best solution and course of action then I highly encourage and recommend you give Lori and opportunity. I rarely write reviews, but I have benefited from others taking time to do so, so it is my turn to pass that gift along.

You do have to be willing to do your diligence and the leg work necessary to achieve your goals, but it sure makes it simple when you can have someone who is both knowledgeable and patient enough to answer your many questions. I was a bit of a pain (calling and texting constantly), only to have all my calls, text and questions answered and responded to immediately. What a rarity in today’s age of poor service, commitment and follow up. Give Lori a chance and I believe you won’t be disappointed, I have not been. – youngstanley

We got through all of the red tape and moved in.
